Had a lovely two-night stay, enjoying the hot baths each evening and the nice touch of free drinks at the bar. The public baths were super relaxing and just what I needed after exploring the city. The room was a tad smaller than expected, but it was cozy enough for my stay. 😊

We were warmly welcomed with paper cranes featuring our flags, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's location was fantastic. it was just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for the Gion area, making it easy to explore with the little ones.
In my wife's opinion, the room was a bit cramped for us. It would be great if the hotel could offer some family-friendly accommodations for future visits.

Had a great time with friends! We easily visited Kinkaku-ji Temple and the Gion area, both just a short bus ride away. The hotel was super convenient with friendly staff, complimentary evening drinks, and a solid breakfast. Don't miss the nearby subway and public bath, perfect after walking around.
The room was quite small, which made it tough to find space for our bags and belongings. There wasn't a safe available in the room, so we had to keep our valuables at the lobby.

I loved the modern and clean rooms at Sakura Terrace, which offered plenty of comfort during our stay. The hotel provided ample amenities, with daily room refreshes and free tea and coffee in the lounge. The onsen was nice for relaxing, although sharing it with other guests took some getting used to. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and close to Kyoto Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was fantastic, packed with options that fueled our explorations. One downside was the evening drink service. it was available at inconvenient times, limited to when we were often out for dinner. Also, the staff could be more inviting. One receptionist seemed a bit smug, unlike the usual friendliness we experienced in Japan. Not having a safe in the room was frustrating too. I had to go to the lobby every time I wanted to secure my belongings. Wi-Fi varied significantly, great in the lounge but spotty in the room. Despite these issues, the stay overall was enjoyable. I would definitely consider coming back, especially for that breakfast and location!

We loved the complimentary drinks in the evening, and the breakfast was solid with a good variety. The public bath was a nice touch after our daily adventures, although sometimes it felt a bit crowded. Overall, it was a lovely experience!
